Join us for a the 3rd Annual UPPO Golf Classic!

The tournament will be held in Jacksonville, Florida on Tuesday morning, March 10, 2009, prior to the commencement of the conference. The start time for the tournament is 8:30 AM. The course selected for this event is the Windsor Parke Golf Club.

Golf Tournament Registration:
Pre-registration is recommended. A service charge of $85 per golfer will be assessed to defray tournament costs. To register, go to the conference Registration page - select "other" type in "golf", enter the dollar amount ($85) and pay by check or credit card.

Tournament Parings:
The format will be a scramble. Attendees and guests at all levels of play are welcome!

You may choose your foursome by filling out the team information section within the downloadable file found below - you can pay for the foursome when you complete the tournament form and payment process.

All other golfers will be assigned foursomes. Please provide your actual or estimated handicap to help in creating the teams. Each golfer will receive a team confirmation via email a few days prior to the event.
